This is a listing of the various kinds of [[unnatural]]s who inhabit the world. Many of them are the inspiration for legends such as vampires and werewolves, but their abilities aren't always what people expect them to be. Many of the races have adopted different names for themselves, wanting to distance themselves from the monsters of popular culture. Some [[Gifted]] groups have started using similar names for the monsters, so that they don't sound so crazy if they are overheard talking about them.

Where there are multiple names for the same race, they should be listed by the one the [[New Inquisition]] is familiar with; or the first name used in the books if the Inquisition aren't familiar with them.
