Sister Catharine

An old and stern nun.

She taught Leslie when she was younger. She insisted on the name "Sister Catharine"; wouldn't tolerate just "Sister", or "Catharine", or "Miss". Also insisted that prayers should be properly structured, with "thee"s and "thou"s and ornate, formal grammar. Some of the kids in her care wondered if she became a nun and a teacher because she likes the opportunity to discipline others. _(1.1.3)
