Wispy white hair combed neatly back, and a stern gaze when he was giving a speech _(1.1.2)

History

Some kind of a mentor to Adam and/or John. Acts like someone criticising an apprentice. _(1.1.1)
News report _(1.1.2) describes him as: A major donor to charities including the Rainbow Foundation, and a vocal critic of the council's gentrification plans.
